Come enjoy a powerful deep healing sound bath to help unleash your bodies own healing potential. Immerse yourself into the deep healing sounds for complete relaxation of your mind, body and spirit. Sound, frequency and vibrational healing works on a cellular level. Sound bath can retune your body, mind and spirit encouraging relaxation, healing and wellness. Using therapeutic singing bowls and other instrumentation (gong, chimes, bells, rattles, drums) we can create a combination of tones and vibrations that can produce a state of tranquility and act as a massage for the nervous system and bring you body into harmony. Purge the toxic buildup from your system. Stimulate lymphatic flow and reset your nervous system. Enjoy complete relaxation and leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to maximize your bodies potential for healing. Doors open at 7:00pm. Early arrival is encouraged to get settled. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket to be comfortable; you will be laying down. Dress comfortable. Bring water to stay hydrated.
