The New Year is right around the corner, which means it is time to prioritize you and what you want to achieve, feel and experience in 2020. We will drop the "shoulds" and empty New Year's resolutions and instead, connect deeper to your true "wants" and soul goals. It is time to ignite that fire of desire inside of you and let your true self shine bright! 
This year I am offering to host the Intention Setting Party in a virtual platform to support everyone still making space in their busy schedules to create their 2020 vision.

This workshop is open to people of all experience levels in meditation and self-development. Feel free to invite your friend, family member or partner so that you can go through this process together and create an additional layer and form of accountability.
