The Joel Grundahl Trio is an instrumental jazz fusion group that performs original and cover fusion compositions. Consisting of Joel (guitar), Lloyd Tomczak (bass), and Kyle Krysa (drums), the trio seeks to create and to improvise jazz fused with modern music themes. Since jazz is an ever-evolving musical form based on creativity and improvisation, the trio strives to embrace these ideas and carry that torch forward.

Aaron Salkeld (tenor sax) is joined by Matthew Arsenault (piano) and Emmett Fortosky (bass). The trio pays homage to jazz's rich history while pushing boundaries with an innovative and modern approach. Tonight they will play the music of legendary saxophonist, Dexter Gordon.
