Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a yoga mat, as well as pillows and blankets. We have some available at the studio if you do not have these items, but bringing your own if you have them will ensure we do not run out!

While the bowls can sometimes be intense and loud, it is safe to participate. Please use your discretion if you are pregnant or have any health issues.

Yes! But very gentle yoga, that is good for all levels. Restorative yoga is accessible to most people.
