Our speaker is Jean Block, CEO Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority. Tickets are $40.00. Please join us, as we pay tribute to the life and legacy of our cherished Dorisene Wallace Hill. We will also honor our scholarship recipients, along with their families, at this special event. THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.</p>
