In this essential, one-of-a-kind class taught by a new mom herself, learn how to have a safer and healthier pregnancy through each phase, and an easier post-delivery recovery, by understanding:

The exercise modifications required in order to gain those benefits
</LI>
<LI>
The knowledge behind why the modifications are required
</LI>
<LI>
How to gain energy during your pregnancy (as well as confidence!)
</LI>
<LI>
All about how to minimize abdominal separation and incontinence
</LI>
<LI>
How to maintain and strengthen posture
</LI>
<LI>
Nutrition recommendations and tips
</LI>
<LI>
What exercise clothing and gear works best
</LI>
<LI>
And some tips and tricks on how to get through some common pregnancy symptoms.

 All levels of fitness and stages of pregnancy are welcome. There will be plenty of time for questions. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in - we will be practicing some exercises to ensure proper form and technique. Please bring your water bottle.
 
**Classes will be held in the Clatanoff Pavilion Roatary Room, PLEASE PARK IN GARAGE C**
