We require cancellation 48 hours before the journey, which can then be credited to a future journey.

What do I need to bring?

Your open mind and heart, and a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket.

How do I prepare?

Accepted Answer

Come prepared to do work: 
* Eat light: On the day of your session eat light. 
* No alcohol or drug consumption the day of the journey.
* Wear comfortable clothing: Dress in loose, comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely and breathe deeply.
* Hydrate well: Drink plenty of water

What kind of mindset should I try to be in for the event?

* Be in the moment: Try to arrive at your session with an open mind and a willingness to be fully present in the experience.
* Trust the process: Remember that breathwork is a safe and transformative practice, and trust that the experience will unfold exactly as it should.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

Accepted Answer

In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule the event, and you can use your ticket for that event or another future event.

What is conscious connected breathwork?

Accepted Answer

It's a powerful technique where you engage in intentional, rhythmic breathing to access profound states of awareness & healing. Essentially, you breathe continuously, without breaks, to connect with the body, emotions, & spirit. It works to release tension, and induces calm & centeredness.

Question 7

Do I need to know how to do this technique before the session?

Accepted Answer

No experience required. This technique is simple but powerful. The session begins with an explanation of all that we will do, a demonstration of the technique, and a practice of the technique.
