未名传承第十七期——美联储货币结构的转变如何巩固美国经济和金融的领先地位

本期活动将于3月11日（周一）美东时间晚7:30以线下讲座和讨论的形式举办。届时，校友郭胜北先生将分享宝贵经验，为“未名传承”项目续写辉煌。值得一提的是，主讲人郭胜北和主持人汤漪均担任过北大大纽约地区校友会理事长。本次活动也向非校友开放。

【活动内容】从2008年金融危机开始，美联储改变了货币体系管理机制，从之前的scarce reserve (稀缺准备金)转入了abundant reserve（充足准备金）系统，经过了2009年和2020年开始的两轮Quantitative Easing (QE) 和随后的Taper和Quantitative Tightening (QT)，货币管理结构不断完善，理论认知不断提高，在两次危机中直接提供了对金融体系的支持。这种美联储的新货币结构，更在2020年危机之后，促进了美国经济复苏，对美国重新确立在全球经济体系的中心地位起到了巨大推动作用。 这次讲座从下面三点论述：1，2008-2019，第一轮QE，Taper，QT对应的货币管理结构变化和产生的全球经济和金融市场影响；2，2020-2024，第二轮货币体系变化和其对美国经济和金融市场优势的长期利好影响；3，美国的货币结构、财政政策和产业与贸易政策组合重新确立了美国在全球体系的中心地位，并在与中国的竞争中确立了明确的优势，同时也有一些潜在隐患。演讲者将结合自己在美国和中国的实际投资经验，从货币经济学、宏观经济学和金融理论的角度全面论证美国货币结构和宏观经济结构的变化。 【注意事项】1. 本次活动仅对校友和非校友都开放。2. 凭ID入场，票不可以转让，于3/9 11：59pm EST之前可以退票。3. 场地要求只可以带bottled water，不可以带食物。 活动费用用于cover场地等。4 . 活动于7:30pm准时开始，请提前15分钟到场签到。
