How long is the performance?

The show runs approximately 2 hours including a 15 minute intermission.

What time should I arrive?

General Admission seating begins 30 minutes before show time and we recommend you arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before show time. Large groups should plan to arrive even earlier.

Is the show family friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes,  Canvas Sky is a family-friendly circus appropriate for children, teens and adults, and seniors.

Question 4

Do children need their own tickets?

Accepted Answer

Children ages 3 and under do not need a ticket for General Admission (Bring Your Own seat). For Premium and VIP seats, children ages 3 and under only need a ticket if you would like them to have their own seats. They are welcome to sit on your lap.

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Our circus shows typically go on rain or shine. If severe weather occurs, we may need to pause, delay, or cancel. Decisions are made on the show day, based on the weather's severity and latest forecasts. Check your emails and our social media for any weather-related updates on show day.

Question 6

Can I take photos of the show?

Accepted Answer

Yes, photography is  allowed during the performance. We encourage patrons to take photos and share them on social media using the hashtag #Canvas Sky and tag @HideawayCircus.

However, flash photography is prohibited as unexpected flashes can be dangerous to the performers.

Question 7

Can I bring outside food and beverage?

Accepted Answer

We do not allow outside food or beverages at the circus. However, you won't be left hungry or thirsty! We have a variety of refreshments available for purchase, including water, soda, and classic circus treats like cotton candy and popcorn.

Can I bring my dog to the show?

Accepted Answer

No, you can not bring a dog or pet to the circus. Only qualified service animals are allowed at our performances.

Question 9

Are there designated seats for persons with disabilities or those who require assistance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are designated areas for each performance that will be accessible and available for those who require assistance including wheelchair access.
