<h2>Safe Haven Breathing Class!</h2> This session comes from a combination of breathwork and havening therapy. Understanding how the body deals with trauma and records events on a neurological level, we unravel the deep-rooted neuro connections between the triggers and responses whether they are emotional, cognitive, or behavioural. During this 45-minute session we look at how breathwork and the downregulation of the autonomic nervous system with applying the havening touch will release both past and future trauma. Suitable for all, this session will involve a deep relaxation.Appropriate for ALL levelsIf you can't join us LIVE, don't worry.
