Sharon Wehner is a Professional Dancer, Teacher, and Movement coach.  Her teaching expertise includes Dance, Yoga, and the GYROTONIC®/GYROKINESIS® Method.  She is passionate about movement as a healing modality and gateway to wholeness.  Sharon loves guiding people to find greater ease, balance and freedom in their bodies and in their lives.

Let's Welcome Spring Together! The Spring Equinox heralds fresh beginnings as our New Year's intentions gently take root and rise above the thawing earth. It's the perfect time to cleanse our bodies and spirits as we prepare for the budding growth within Mother Earth and our lives. As the days grow longer and the seasons shift, we find balance of light and dark, creating and releasing. Our practice will reflect this with well-rounded restorative postures that balance flow and rest.This nurturing mini-retreat offers a pocket of renewal and rejuvenation. We will incorporate breath work, meditation, grounding practices, gentle movement, and restorative yoga poses to nourish your heart and spirit. Distance Reiki will be infused throughout to support the flow of energy within your practice. No Yoga experience necessaryYoga props are useful, but home versions work well too! Suggested props:-A yoga mat, or soft non-slip surface-A Bolster, or 2-3 pillows-2-3 twin-sized blankets, or throw-A yoga block, or a throw pillow, or a few towels-A bath towel-An eye pillow, or wash cloth (optional)-Two tennis balls and a sock large enough to contain them (optional)-A chair (optional)
