Kristen Rubis is a heart-led entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of the My Body My Power Empowerment Movement, dedicated to uplifting girls, women, and nonbinary youth. With nearly three decades in the healing arts, Kristen has seamlessly blended her expertise in sound healing, yoga, and social-emotional education into life-changing programs that foster self-confidence, self-awareness, and resilience.Through initiatives like My Body My Power, Kristen has empowered thousands of youth, creating safe spaces for self-discovery and community connection. <h3>Sound Healing with the Major Arcana Workshop with Kristen Rubis and Mica Sage</h3> Join us for a relaxing evening of sound healing, meditation, the major arcana of the tarot and community connection. <h4>Saturday, March 23, 5:00-7:00 pm</h4><h4>Fusion, 302 Columbia St NW, 98501</h4><h4>$40-70 Scale</h4> We are excited to share sacred space with you! Our time together will begin with an opening circle including an overview and introductions. Then moving into breath work and meditation while each participant receives a zaphir chime attunement to get us grounded in our bodies and connecting to our breath. We will then pick a Major Arcana Tarot Card that Mica will provide. Once you pick your card we will then explore more of "what's inside". We invite you to step into the card and experience what it is expressing through and to you. While Mica guides you to explore more of your card, Kristen will offer a ethereal sound bath to enhance your sensory experience. Following our Tarot Sound Bath we will enjoy gentle Yoga and Dance. After our movement we will offer some time for Reflection. We will end with a Heart Centered Breathing Exercise to lock in the insight, wisdom and healing we experienced in our workshop together. We are excited and honored to hold and share sacred space together. Bring a friend for more fun!

<h3>Faciltator and Tarot Reader: Mica Sage</h3>

Hi there! I’m Mica Sage (they/them) of Mica Sage Tarot. What I jokingly refer to as my “pandemic hobby” helped me remember who I am, in terms of both gender and personality. Tarot gently brought me back to reality, and in it I found a stern-but-loving tool for healing.It provided the no-nonsense answers I so desperately needed. I spent years devouring every tarot book I could get my hands on. I believe it is a lifelong learning process, and I can’t wait to see what else the cards have to teach me.I deeply value clarity, and I have yet to meet a tool more clear or effective than tarot. It is this clarity I pass along to my clients. With how serious life usually is, I cherish silliness and whimsey, and this lightheartedness injects some needed levity to a reading with me.When I’m not working , I can be found connecting to nature by hiking; wiling an evening away with haphazard artwork; or nose-deep in a book, either reading or writing one.I’ve spent much of my life adrift, but since landing in Olympia, WA in 2022, I feel like I’ve finally found a place I can start to put down roots and build a community.

Dedicated to a path of service for nearly three decades, my work in the healing arts has encompassed massage, yoga, sound healing, maternity support, mindfulness and youth empowerment.Weaving sound healing, yoga and inspiration, my work supports and protects youth as they learn healthy habits of self-care and self-love.From 2007 to present, I have helped to empower, educate and inspire 3, 000+ tween and teen youth through my Yoga 4 Girls, Empowerment 4 Girls, Yoga 4 Teens and My Body My Power Day and Week-Long Programs.I bring my self-empowerment and healing into my work, practice and relationships.I am deeply committed to my path of service as a resource for my community and empowering others to live to their fullest potential.
