Bottoms Up! Yoga & Brew

As we move into the traditional season to express gratitude for our harvests and for our families, Bottoms Up! and River Yoga invite you to a 90 minute Reiki & Restorative class taught by Michelle Butts, certified in Reiki I & II and Restorative Yoga Teacher, where we focus on our time to release things that no longer serve us to heal, harmonize & balance our Chakras.
Instructor: Michelle Butts Spots are very limited, so please reserve yours in class by purchasing a ticket (Please have your ticket ready).
