Due to financial commitments made to the hotel by ABOTA, cancelations are to be sent in writing to seabota@seabota.org before Monday, April 8, 2024.
Hotel accommodations:
Due to financial commitments made to the hotel by SEABOTA, refunds may only be issued for reservations cancelled before Monday, March 18, 2024 (not as quoted on your hotel room confirmation sheet). This is an ABOTA policy. Should you wish to cancel after the March 18, 2024 cut-off date, please inquire if ABOTA can resell your room to a member by contacting ABOTA at seabota@abota.org.
