In this workshop,  kids will learn to hone skills that will improve mindfulness and focus in their every day lives.

This workshop is specifically geared towards children ages 7-12. It focuses on improving their skills of mindfulness, compassion, and attention for a calmer mind and better overall well-being. In this workshop we will experience the power of the mind and the breath, as well as explore the deeper meaning of crystals. Attendees will learn simple breathing techniques, new and ancient aspects of mindfulness, they will practice acts of gratitude, make new friends and connections, and even take home a couple goodies!Amber Cummings has been working with children for over a decade and has an comprehensive background in mindfulness, meditation, and yoga.
