JAMDOCS: Turkish American Society of Missouri potluck

The Jewish and Muslim Day of Community Service was developed in 2010 out of a partnership between the Islamic Foundation of Greater St. Louis and the Jewish Community Relations Council. The event takes place on Christmas to give recurring volunteers the opportunity to celebrate the holiday with their families, while also strengthening the relationship between the Jewish and Muslim communities. Now in its 7th year, the program has continued to grow year after year and we are excited and grateful to have you here with us!

<p>Back for a second year, this popular potluck meal takes place at TASOM’s location at 664 Lemay Ferry Road in south St. Louis County. Advance registration is required, with participants asked to sign up to bring a dish representing a culture, region or family tradition so that we can learn about each other through food — the universal language. Capacity: 100 volunteers.
