About this event

  • 2 days 2 hours

This webinar will be facilitated by the Center for Creative Leadership and will be conducted via Zoom.

It will be divided into two parts. Participants must attend both parts:

Part 1: June 4th | 1:00 PM - 3:00PM

Part 2: June 6th | 1:00PM - 3:00PM

Too often, employees suffer because leaders fail to understand what they go through during a change. Change Capable Leadership focuses on how to successfully lead change by applying three essential skills: Communication, Collaboration, and Commitment.

Participants will learn about the human response to change and different preferences for change. To help apply what they have learned, participants will focus on a specific change challenge they are encountering at work and receive input from their peers.
