Wade Brillis a Mindfulness Coach,Podcaster,and Speaker who helps busy professionals struggling with stress and overwhelm to be more present, productive and energized. At the age of 21, Wade survived Hodgkin’s Lymphoma while simultaneously losing her mother to Leukemia. This major life interruption inspired Wade to live life more intentionally and devote her life’s work to helping others do the same.Wade is a Professional Certified Coach, Energy Leadership Index Practitioner, and Meditation Facilitator through UCLA’s Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior. She hosts the popularCentered in the Citypodcast, which offers modern meditations for busy professionals and is a recognized speaker at conferences, companies, and retreats where she helps busy professionals build Life Capital ™ and realize the importance of their one mind, one body, and one life.

The New Year is right around the corner, which means it is time to prioritize you and what you want to achieve, feel and experience in 2020. We will drop the "shoulds" and empty New Year's resolutions and instead, connect deeper to your true "wants" and soul goals. It is time to ignite that fire of desire inside of you and let your true self shine bright!

This workshop is open to people of all experience levels in meditation and self-development. Feel free to bring your friend, family member or partner so that you can go through this process together and create an additional layer and form of accountability.
