Roz Jones, Fit Lifestyle Innovator, is a dynamic and influential force of energy and enthusiasm. A seasoned fitness professional, Roz’s classes build strength, flexibility, and endurance.Be prepared to burn calories and build character by combining cardiovascular training, strength training, functional flexibility, and music for a solid 45-minute practice. Parking: Street parking is available, in addition to garage parking in the area.What to Bring: Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring a mat and water; resistance bands are optional.Additional Information: This event is free and open to all ages and fitness levels. No prior experience needed!
