We invite you to join us in a spirit of empowerment and support as we come together to share poetry and our shared stories of strength. Intended as a safe space to share, including a playful approach to connecting, our time together will offer POWERFUL and INSPIRING SPOKEN WORD EXPERIENCES that inspire.
"Free the Ginnies" - a brand expression authored by survivor and poet Georgia Reash and explained further in her newest book, speaks to the authors' goal of helping survivors of sexual reclaim their sennse of freedom, power and sensuality after trauma.
This is Georgia's FIRST community fund raiser, helping to raise funds for the first phase of her art, poetry and book tour and the help of a very special promo firm in California. With a total goal of raising funds through events, crowdfunding and investor support - Georgia hopes to spread her message of "healing through the arts" to those who have been impacted by sexual assault.
"The sexual assault of women and girls is the longest-standing, widest reaching public health pandemic on the planet; I think it's time to start doing something about that". -Georgia

Sexual Assault / Trauma Healing Trainer, Author, Artist, Poet, Trainer and Organizational Consultant
Georgia is a trauma healing expert whose mission is to help survivors of sexual assault trauma tap into their authentic self and inner power for healing and personal growth. She has served as a professional and personal growth speaker, lecturer and trainer for the past thirty years. Georgia’s expertise in the trauma healing sector is grounded in both academic foundations and her own “phoenix rising” journey of recovery from sexual assault, C-PTSD, Fibromyalgia, poverty, and homelessness. Through the power of lived experience and the arts, she shares her life-changing story to help others reclaim self-love and remember their magnificent potential.
Since 1997, Georgia has also worked as a fund raising, project management, and trauma community consultant and advisor; helping municipalities, organizations and coalitions create sustainable solutions and system improvement.
