Jen was an expert mix-taper in the 90s. Cassette deck perpetually poised and at the ready, radio consistently playing in the background, Jen could often be found diving across her wallpapered bedroom to press record and snag that song she'd been waiting hours, days, or weeks to capture. A DJ talking over the beginning or end of songs became part of the gig - and none of that mattered, as long as that song could be immortalized on one of her homemade cassette playlists.Times have changed, and Spotify has made all of Jen's dreams come true, but we don't have to lose the vibe of this beloved memory. Jen is tracking back to her childhood and bringing mixtape-worthy playlists to her yoga classes.Join Jen to bring some lightness and laughter into your life. We'll practice an all levels vinyasa yoga flow to a curated playlist of epic 90s goodness.
