Will there be an ATM or somewhere to get change for the drag show?

Accepted Answer

At check-in, there will be change for large bills up front until we run out. We strongly recommend coming prepared – bring cash to tip your drag performers and your service staff!

Question 2

Will there be any tickets sold at the door?

Accepted Answer

No. This event always sells out online well before the show. Once we sell out, there will be no tickets available at the door. We do not accommodate more guests beyond what tickets have already been purchased - so yes, this means you can't 'squeeze in' another guest at your table! Love you, sorry!

Can I get a refund?

REFUND POLICY: Due to limited space and high demand for our ticketed events, we DO NOT offer refunds for any reason *except and unless* the event is canceled. This no-refund policy includes inability to attend as well as no-shows. We appreciate your understanding.

Question 4

Is this an all-ages show or is there an age requirement?

This is an 18+ show and IDs will be checked at the door. Children are not permitted. Palmeira will have a great selection of non-alcoholic beverages for our guests who can't or don't drink! We do produce all-ages drag shows, but PAPAYA isn't one of them! Thank you for understanding.

Where do we park?

Accepted Answer

Guests may park along the street, in neighboring parking garages, or in the lot directly across from Palmeira. We also recommend getting a ride if you plan on ordering from Palmeira's bar menu. Please drink responsibly.

What is your late or no-show policy?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer refunds for no-shows. Please note that any party that does not arrive by 7:20PM without notice forfeits their table.

Is this dinner show vegan/vegetarian friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Palmeira has vegan options for guests who don't eat animal products.

Question 8

Is dinner included in the ticket price?

Accepted Answer

NO. Dinner and drinks from Palmeira sold separately. Thank you for supporting queer and Latine-owned small businesses!

Do I *have* to order food and drink?

Accepted Answer

Since this is specifically a dinner show, you should. Otherwise this might not be the show for you. The Palmeira chefs curate a special dinner and drink menu for this event. Plus, your complimentary cocktail only comes with a dinner purchase. Thank you for your understanding!
