Have a young pastry chef in the making at home? This hands-on camp offers some useful baking skills and techniques, with a lot of opportunity to get creative. 

This session is all about international baking. From American s’mores tarts, to French macarons, British biscuits and Italian Focaccia, your young baker is sure to learn a lot and have fun! 


Day 1- 

Elegant fruit Tarts-


Nothing is more European and elegant than a Fruit Tart. 

  • We will mix the dough, roll, cut, shape and bake out tart shells from scratch. 
  • We will fill our tarts with cream and fresh fruit. 


Day 2- 

French macarons… the fanciest cookie of them all…


  • We will learn how to make French Macarons from scratch. These delicate cookies are definitely an advanced baking exercise, but we know our teens can master the challenge! 


Day 3-

It’s Bundt Cake time! 


  • We will get busy making mini chocolate Bundt Cakes from scratch, cracking, mixing and scooping batter into silicone cake molds. 
  • While our Bundt Cakes are are baking, we will prepare Chocolate ganache. 
  • We will make fondant decorations for our Bundt Cakes, and assemble our lovely creations to take home. 


Day 4- 

Bread adventures-


  • We will shape our Focaccia breads and use them as a canvas for an artistic project. 
  • We will also play with challah bread dough and create yeasted breads to take home.
