In this short workshop participants will assemble a complex curved wall out of cardboard bricks, utilizing the Microsoft Hololens 2, a mixed reality headset that allows users to see holograms overlaid in the real world. This 1:1 scale assembly will be used as a demonstration for participants to gain awareness of the unique advantages of mixed reality for the fabrication of complex design models. Thus, participants will come away from the workshop with a better understanding of the new fabrication capabilities and how these might impact the feasibility of certain designs.

No prerequisite skills are required and all equipment will be supplied.

Please choose one of the two workshop days when registering.
