JABI シリコンバレーは、2/16（金）6:00pm（PST)に、野村総合研究所で宇宙ビジネスを専門とされる八亀彰吾さんにご登壇いただき、ビジネスパーソンとしての宇宙との向き合い方について考えていただきます。

■概要：近年急成長する宇宙ビジネス。かつてはNASAやJAXAといった国・政府が行ってきた宇宙開発が、イーロン・マスク率いるSpaceX、ジェフ・ベゾス率いるBlue OriginなどのStartupの登場により大きな転換点を迎えています。さらにStartupに加えGoogle、Amazon/AWS、Microsoftなどの他産業の大企業が相次いで宇宙ビジネスへ参入しています。今回の講演では、なぜ今宇宙ビジネスが注目されているのか、最新の米国のトレンドについてお話ししつつ、具体的にどのような用途で宇宙の技術が活用されているのかについて解説していきます。宇宙開発と聞くとエンジニアを中心としたテックな世界をイメージする方も多いと思いますが、今回はビジネス、投資、政策などの側面から宇宙ビジネスの今を考えていきます。 ■登壇者紹介：八亀彰吾早稲田大学教育部理学科、東京大学大学院理学系研究科を修了後、株式会社野村総合研究所に入社。民間企業向けの事業戦略立案支援、新規参入支援、政府向けの政策立案支援に従事。専門領域は宇宙ビジネスおよび宇宙政策。現在はUC Berkeley Haas School of BusinessにてFull-Time MBAに在籍。 ■日時：米国太平洋時間：2024年2月16日（金） 午後6時- 午後7時半日本時間：2024年2月17日（土） 午前11時- 午前12時半 ■場所：インパーソンの場所がいつもと違いますので、お気をつけください。1.
