内容简介:民以食为天。在文明发展过程中,我们的祖先不仅善于发掘丰富的食材,也极尽追求烹饪的美味。时至今日,身处现代社会的我们,又面临一个或许更加重要的问题:怎么吃才算健康?

上世纪中期,伴随生命科学各项领域的突破,现代营养学开始建立。研究发现,慢性疾病的产生与饮食等生活习惯密切相关。可是在疾病的预防和治疗中,饮食和营养往往被忽略。当今时代,营养学蓬勃发展,各种 Fad Diet 层出不穷,却又众说纷纭,让人眼花缭乱。

到底怎样吃才能美食与健康兼得?本期沙龙邀请到来自斯坦福的临床营养师,与大家分享健康饮食的要素、科学搭配的方法,以及医学营养疗法在急慢性疾病治疗中的作用。人如其食 (We are what we eat) ,你值得吃得更“好”~

主讲人:胡倩(Selina Hu)

Selina,斯坦福医疗 (Sanford Healthcare) 临床营养师 (Clinical Dietitian) 。毕业于加州大学戴维斯分校 (UC Davis) ,营养生物学专业,后在UCSF完成临床实习,成为注册营养师。热爱科学,喜欢思辨,乐于交友,希望和有趣的灵魂们一起体验丰富的人生。

时间:12月7日周六下午2:30-5:00

安排:2:30 - 3:00 入场,3:00准时开始
