The Strategic Earth Community of Practice (CoP) is a unique journey into professional growth, collaborative learning, and meaningful connections. Join us in 2024 to strengthen your talents in compassionate communications, rooted in community.

<h1>About this Session</h1>We are excited to extend an invitation to you to join Strategic Earth’s next Community of Practice – a unique opportunity to engage in professional growth, collaborative learning, and meaningful conversations on compassionate communications. Our sessions are designed to bring together individuals leading heart-centered work and those committed to building trusting relationships within their communities. Our Community of Practice:Strategic Earth invites you to participate in our Community of Practice – a space where we explore professional development, share insights, and foster connections. Through our virtual sessions held throughout the year, you will have the chance to engage with others who are passionate about community and compassionate communication. Our Goals:<ul><li>Create a Gathering Space: We aim to provide a supportive environment for compassionate individuals to come together, learn, and grow.</li><li>Foster Collaboration: We seek to collaborate with those who also work hard to connect communities around decision making processes" or something</li><li>Discuss Compassionate Communications: Engage in meaningful conversations about building trust and understanding.</li><li>Build Community: Connect with like-minded individuals who are committed to positive change.</li><li>Develop Professional Skills: Enhance your abilities in communication, leadership, and collaboration.</li><li>Innovate: Share and explore new ideas and approaches.</li><li>Be Magical: Embrace the magic of collective wisdom and support.</li></ul> What to Expect:Join us with a beginner’s mindset as we co-create a community rooted in Appreciative Inquiry, Non-violent Communication, Daring Leadership, and other transformative modalities that have worked well for this community. Upcoming Session:Our next Community of Practice session will be held on Wednesday, December 4 at 11 AM PST. During this session, we will connect with others, share wins, lessons learned, ask questions, give feedback, and get inspired to take bigger and bolder risks for community well-being and justice. Meeting Cadence:Our Community of Practice sessions are held every other month, providing regular opportunities to connect, learn, and support one another. More dates for 2025 will be posted soon. We look forward to reflecting on our experience in 2024 to inform and guide how we all want to continue engaging together into 2025.

Who Should Attend This series is designed for professionals like yourself, offering opportunities to deepen your understanding of compassionate communications. Whether you're in a corporate setting, nonprofit organization, or community group, each session promises valuable insights. This Might Not be Your Jam If… You may choose to pass on this experience if you are not a fan of interactive discussions, collaborative activities, and exploring new approaches to group dynamics. If you are not ready to embrace a beginner's mindset and engage in compassionate communication practices, this may not be the right fit for you. We Would Love to Share Space with You Registration for the first session in this year-long Community of Practice series is now open. Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate and effective setting, so secure your spot today. There is no fee required to participate in the CoP. We have provided space for an offering on a sliding scale (suggested $25 per session), which will be applied to support speakers and limit administrative costs.We look forward to announcing when future sessions are open for registration.
