Durante dos semanas, el Festival Sor Juana presentará todos los episodios de la serie de Juana Inés, creada por Patricia Arriaga Jordán!Juana Inés es una serie dramatizada de 7 episodios de una hora basada en la vida de Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz desde su entrada a la corte a los 13 años hasta su muerte. La serie está inspirada en hechos históricos sobre la vida de Sor Juana y elabora libremente donde no hay información o datos duros.Patricia Arriaga Jordán es escritora, directora y productora. Nació en la Ciudad de México donde realizó sus estudios profesionales en Ciencias de la Comunicación y, posteriormente, de maestría y doctorado en Nueva York. Se inició en el mundo audiovisual en 1972 con Plaza Sésamo. Ocupó diversos puestos directivos en Canal Once donde creó y produjo diferentes géneros y formatos para niños y niñas, entre ellos, los multipremiados Bizbirije y El diván de Valentina.La proyección del último episodio concluirá con una entrevista nada menos que con la propia Patricia Arriaga Jordán!Por favor de anotar la fecha y hora de cada episodio y reserve su entrada en consecuencia. Algunos contenidos pueden ser inapropiados para menores de 13 años.Los episodios estarán en español con subtítulos en inglés.—-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------For two weeks, the Sor Juana Festival will present all episodes of the series Juana Inés, created by Patricia Arriaga Jordán!Juana Inés is a dramatized series of seven one-hour episodes based on the life of Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz from her entrance to the court at age 13 until her death. The series is inspired by historical facts about Sor Juana's life and elaborates freely where there is no hard data or information.Patricia Arriaga Jordán is a writer, director and producer. She was born in Mexico City where she completed her professional studies in Communication Sciences and, later, a master's degree and doctorate in New York. She started in the audiovisual world in 1972 with Sesame Street. She held various management positions at Canal Once, where he created and produced different genres and formats for children, including the multi-award winning Bizbirije and El diván de Valentina.The screening of the final episode will conclude with an interview with none other than Patricia Arriaga Jordán herself!Please note the date and time of each episode and reserve your ticket accordingly. Some content may be inappropriate for children under 13.Episodes will be in Spanish with English subtitles.
