The Art Excel is dedicated to reviving human values among children and teaching them stress-management techniques. Often, we ask ourselves – do children have stress? Yet, when we talk to children, we realize that their minds mirror the violence of the world. There is too much exposure to multimedia even when their minds are too delicate to handle it. Problems associated with growing up – peer pressure, bullying, family trouble, and concentration issues.If we need children to grow into balanced, progressive individuals, they need to be given tools to handle stress and their minds. To teach children this skill, the ART Excel (All Round Training in Excellence) program was designed. It teaches:life skillsstress reduction techniques &amp;helps children to deal with their emotionsThrough simple exercises and games that encourage creativity and learning, this program connects with children in a fun and light atmosphere.How will children benefit?Increases self-confidenceEliminates fear and anxietyEnhances creative skillsImproves memory &amp; concentrationDevelops leadership qualitiesBetter interaction with othersExercises to develop a healthy bodyPranyamas &amp; meditation to relax the mindThe Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES!) is a dynamic and fun program that challenges teens to take responsibility for their life and provides a comprehensive set of practical tools for releasing stress, mastering emotions, and raising self-awareness. The program addresses:Teens’ physical, mental, social, and emotional developmentBreathing techniques to relieve stress and bring the mind into focusDynamic games and yogaPractical knowledge to create awarenessExperiential processes to develop problem-solving strategiesDynamic group discussions designed to help teens feel at ease in challenging situations, increase confidence, withstand criticism and peer pressure.
