The Atlanta Land Trust (ALT) is committed to creating and preserving housing in Atlanta that will remain affordable for years to come.

The East Lake Foundation and the Atlanta Land Trust (ALT) invite partner organizations and residents living at the Villages of East Lake to a free information session. Participants will receive an overview of the ALT and its planned project at 697 Fayetteville Road in the East Lake neighborhood using the community land trust (CLT) model. Participants will learn:- What is a community land trust (CLT)? - How is a CLT different from traditional home ownership?- How do CLTs assist non-traditional or low-income buyers?- How can I buy a home in East Lake?You can either participate in this Zoom meeting via phone or video conference.
