Do I have to have any dance or movement experience?

No. This is a practice that requires no previous movement or dance experience and will be a facilitated intro guided by Brae and Emma.

Comfortable clothes, with layers to stay warm.

What makes it authentic movement?

Authentic Movement if a practice that has been developed over the years to facilitate moving from internal impulse and tracking the impact on the mover. It is a practice in developing inner witness and discovering what is naturally wanting to be expressed.
