We’re pleased to welcome Charles Duhigg as our speaker. In his new book, Supercommunicators, Charles blends deep research and his trademark storytelling skills to show how we can identify and leverage the hidden layers that lurk beneath every conversation. At Leadership Labs, Duhigg will share how to recognize that whenever we speak, we’re actually participating in one of three conversations: practical (What’s this really about?), emotional (How do we feel?), and social (Who are we?). He will show how, with the right tools, we can connect with anyone.
