12TH ANNUAL TENNESSEE SKYWARD USERS GROUP CONFERENCE
Please join us on May 29 and May 30, 2024 for the 12th Annual Skyward Users Group Conference. The conference will be held at the Park Vista, located at 705 Cherokee Orchard Road in Gatlinburg. We are excited to offer this opportunity for all Tennessee Skyward users to network with other school districts and learn more about Skyward student management, human resources, and finance software.

Full Conference Registration
- Standard Registration - 2/6/24 through 5/8/24 -$300
- Late Registration - 5/9/24 - 5/17/24 (see information below)-$350
One Day Registration
- Standard Registration - 2/6/24 through 5/8/24 - $200
- Late Registration -5/9/24 - 5/17/24 (see information below)-$250
The deadline for standard registration is May 8, 2024. After this date registration will be on a space available basis and will incur a late registration fee of $50.00.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. At check out, click pay by check as the payment option. Make your check payable to Tennessee Skyward User's Group and mail to: TNSUG, c/o Jenifer Van Dyke, 7536 Glastonbury Rd, Knoxville, TN 37931. Please make sure your check is received by May 17, 2024 to allow processing time.
Yes, you can register multiple attendees. Choose the number of people you want to register from the drop-down box next to the ticket type. The drop-down list shows a maximum of 10. If you have more than 10 attendees, you will need to process them on a separate registration.
Please reference the TNSUG website for the refund policy. If requesting a refund, please do so by emailing jhvandyke@ortn.edu. Please DO NOT request a refund via Eventbright.
Yes, we are pleased to announce that wi-fi will be available to all conference participants.
No. There is no additional charge for parking.
Yes. Your registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, & a reception on Wednesday as well as breakfast on Thursday. Beverage and snack breaks will also be provided. If you have any special dietary needs, please contact Susan Dean at deans@wcschools.com by May 17, 2024.
