Harambee Wellness is curating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for you to &quot;test drive exercise.&quot; Block out your calendars from 9am-1pm and head down to the Flint Farmers&#x27; Market. Enjoy a variety of exercise formats presented by local fitness instructors throughout the day. You will also have the opportunity to talk with various health and fitness vendors, such as the Crim Fitness Foundation, Complete Runner, Acacia Essentials, and local fitness studios.
