Festive Lino Print Workshop at Static Bar Liverpool

Laura-Kate from The Paper Moon Print Studio invites you to a festive themed lino print workshop. Participants will get an introduction to the art of Lino cutting and printing. This will be a hands on session where you will design and cut your own piece of lino around the theme of Christmas / Winter. Once created you will then learn the process of lino printing and produce a series of 5 festive cards and multiple sheets of wrapping paper. There will be a selection set of festive stamps, art pens and pre- cut lino designs so participants can add Xmas greetings to their cards and other festive images to their gift wrap to further personalise their creations. You will also get to keep your lino cut to use time and time again. Hopefully not only will you go away with festive gifts but also a new hobby to wish to explore further at your leisure.

Participants will be guided through the session step by step with demonstrations of how to use all of the equipment, but they will very much learn by doing so they get a fully rounded experience of the lino printing process. No previous experience necessary and you can expect a relaxed atmosphere with an emphasis on experimentation and having creative fun. All materials and equipment is included and everything created within the workshop is for you to take home. This is an adult workshop with an age restriction of 16 upwards.

Workshop venue is at Static Bar in the city centre and is ground floor venue with easy access.
