Becky, an experience yoga therapist and instructor, embodiment coach, and expressive arts therapist, will guide you through a series or gentle connective movements, free-form dance, and other creative expression exercises to weave integration into your experience.Located at Cedar Tree Yoga, a spacious, beautiful, and welcoming space, this event provides the perfect environment for you to explore and embrace your physical and spiritual self. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced explorer of embodiment, dance, or movement, Leap Into Your Body offers something for everyone.
