How do I make hotel reservations?

Reservations: Hotel rooms can be reserved online at this link https://group.hilton.com/m9y43i or by calling (352) 371-3600 and using the group code AFC624.

Can I book more nights under the block rate?

Rooms will be available the nights of June 16, 17, and 18 for a rate of $149 per night + tax. If you wish to book extra days at block rate, please email Christina Rodenwoldt, Senior Sales Manager crodenwoldt@hiltongainesvilleuf.com. Room block expires May 15th.

Are there dietary accommodations?

If you have any needs to be addressed or dietary requirements, email joni.sapp@fl.nacdnet.net by May 24th.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are granted up to June 7th. A $100 cancellation charge will be assessed. Contact Joni Sapp at joni.sapp@fl.nacdnet.net.
