Check-in is at 4PM EST. The minimum age to check into our hotel is 18 years old.

There are several restaurants nearby and within walking distance.

If you are going to be staying at the hotel and require parking make sure to bring your ticket to the front desk upon checking in and it will be provided with your hotel stay. If you will not be staying at the hotel please make sure to bring your ticket and it will be validated by conference staff.

While the hotel does not operate the parking garage connected to the hotel, discounted self-parking options are available onsite for $21 USD per night with in and out privileges (subject to change). For additional information, please contact our Front Desk team at 404-347-9400. No valet parking.

Continuous Breaks are available from 7:00am-4:00pm, with the beverage cooler available until 5:00pm. Refuel with fresh fruits and healthy snack options. Enjoy sweet & salty snacks and treats from their ice cream cooler and continuous Breaks that are part of their Meeting Package.

Head west on South Terminal Pkwy, take Airport Blvd, and merge onto GA-403 North/I-85 North. Take Exit 250 toward 10th Street/14th Street, then turn onto Williams St NW, right onto 10th St NW, and right onto Spring St NW. The hotel is at 800 Spring St NW.

Go to the MARTA station and buy a Breeze Card for $2 or a single ticket for $1. Take the northbound Gold Line train towards Doraville to Midtown Station (20-25 minutes). Exit at Midtown Station, head west on North Avenue towards the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center at 800 Spring Street NW.

The cost can vary depending on factors such as the time of day, traffic conditions, and the type of Uber service you choose. On average, the fare for this trip ranges from $20 to $35 for an UberX. However, during peak hours or if there is heavy traffic the fare may be higher.

On average, the cost of a rideshare from the airport to the hotel could range from $20 to $40. It's important to keep in mind that surge pricing during peak hours or high demand periods may increase the cost of the ride.

You would need to take a combination of public transportation options as Amtrak does not have a direct route between these two locations. One way to do this journey is by taking the MARTA train from the airport to the Midtown station and then transferring to a local bus or taxi.
