Date: May 4th, 8 AM-1:00 PM (arrive around 7:40 AM)

Location: Mount Olive Retreat Center, Farmington, MN

Cost $150 (cash, Venmo, Eventbrite, no refunds). Pre-registration is a must to give the limited number of spots and dietary requests to the retreat center in a timely manner.

Included: Light breakfast, unlimited snacks, coffee, tea, water, and lunch! Plus, hours of yoga and time with the Annie Hayes Wellness staff! Digital handouts to be sent before and after.

What to bring: Yoga mat(s), yoga blocks and straps, a bath towel or blanket, and a pillow. Water bottle, pen/pencil and notebook for notes. You are welcome to stay until 6 PM and use the pool, hot tub, showers, and nature paths. Pack accordingly.

Annie teaches creative vinyasa yoga with the goal of making people feel better. She has practiced yoga for more than 10 years and has been teaching for more than eight years. A true believer that yoga is for everyone, Annie’s open and inclusive approach encourages ease, honesty, humor, compassion, and authenticity. She meets you on your mat and encourages you to accept where you are today while pushing you to improve tomorrow. Her goal for every class is simple: for you to feel better walking out than you did when you walked in.
