About Barnie ChoudhuryBarnie Choudhury is a Professor of Professional Practice in Communications at the University of Buckingham. He has been a leading communications practitioner for almost 40 years. Barnie worked for the BBC for 24 years, before setting up his own consultancy business. He was the director of media &amp; PR for the Commonwealth secretary-general and has worked with governments, public and private bodies on leadership and diversity, including the National College of Policing, Department of Health and Ofcom. Barnie is a special adviser to Professor, The Lord Patel of Bradford and writes a weekly column for the national newspaper, Eastern Eye.
