Join us for a 4-week Grief Workshop Series to explore, honor and tend to our personal & collective grief, together.

<h3>ALONE TOGETHER - A Grief Workshop Series</h3> Week 4: Moving through discomfort &amp; distress with EFT tapping NAM will teach us EFT and how we can apply it in our daily lives to move through challenging times. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques – a powerful approach that works directly with the body as an energy system in order to release physical, mental and emotional distress. It can help relieve stress, anxiety, depression, and grief by rerouting neurological pathways. Together we create a space where energy (CHI) meets work (ISH) to restore the mind, body, and soul connection to start living in the flow. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket &amp; water bottle. Tickets are PAY WHAT YOU CAN. Suggested donation: $35/event Capacity is limited
