We are a family sharing yoga with other families. Join us as we flow thru breathe & movements to awaken mind and body.

Beach at Oakland Park and A1A

Each experience begins and ends with meditation. Encouraging each participant to go inward as they appreciate the new day. Join us to stretch and flow, gently saluting the sun as it moves from the horizon. You will feel your body come alive as you breathe in the fresh air and take in the energy of the ocean.This calming hatha class is perfect for beginning yogis as well as those with a regular yoga practice. You will enjoy long stretches that open your body as well as a gentle flow. Pose options will be provided so that you can listen to your body, set your intention and enjoy the practice and pace that is right for you. The spirituality of this place will bring you into a deeper connection with your body, mind and nature. Notice your breathing as you listen to the waves. Do a downward facing dog as some of the local dogs walk by. Relax with pigeon pose and hear the birds sing.We are a family and its a family affair, so all are welcome. The idea is that as a community we move, relax ad restore, passing this information and practice to the next generation. Start them young, as they say....
