Evan Johnson, Fitness Expert and Black Vegetarian Society of Texas Board Member, will be leading a Fundraising Bootcamp and Plant Based Nutrition Coaching Session at Crull Fitness, 2701 Custer Pkwy, Richardson, TX 75080, on Saturday, November 9, at 12:00pm. Come out, exercise, and learn how to achieve your fitness goals on a plant based diet. Space is limited, so RSVP ASAP!Well trained to lead this activity, Evan is the owner of Khat Fitness, a company that provides results-based personal and small group training in Richardson, TX. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer and has been an avid fan of fitness for years, whether practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, playing organized sports, or working out in the gym. His unique passion for fitness was solidified after he successfully healed his severe lupus joint pain through a plant-based diet. He specializes in weight loss, body sculpting, and muscle building especially on a vegan diet.On Saturday morning, boot camp participants should meet at the Crull Fitness gym. Be sure to dress comfortably. Evan will lead warm-up exercises and distribute water promptly at 12pm. Don’t miss this event!
