Will parking be available?

Accepted Answer

Parking is available across the street from 701 on the Wayne Street side of the building. This parking runs all the way down the length of Pacific Park to the wooden fence and back out to Whaley Street. Some surrounding streets allow for on-street parking.

When does this event begin and end?

Accepted Answer

Doors open at 6 PM, not before.  Event will conclude at 10 PM.

Question 3

Do I have to buy tickets ahead of time?

Accepted Answer

YES!  We will have a reservation list with names of those who have bought tickets online.  If your name isn't on the list, check in under the name of the person who purchased your tickets.

Question 4

How do the drink tickets work?

Accepted Answer

Each entry ticket will include 2 drink tickets for those over 21 years old.  When you register, please show your ID and you will be given a wristband and your drink tickets.  If you would like to purchase more tickets, they will be available for $5 at the check-in tables.

Question 5

How does the silent auction work?

Accepted Answer

Silent auction bidding happens throughout the night.  If you have a question about an item, a staff member will be available to help.  Bidding closes at 8:00 PM - please give us several moments to organize before coming to claim your item at the check-in tables.
