What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Free parking is located at The Washington Primary School, which is about a mile down the road from the concerts. There will be a free shuttle bus from the parking area to the Thomas Perakos Performing Arts Center and back.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is handicap parking/drop off available. There is an elevator, and wheelchair accessible seating. If you need any other special accommodations, please contact our office.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds, all sales are final.

Question 5

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Accepted Answer

No.  To save time, you can show the ticket on your mobile device to be scanned at the door.  There is also a database of all ticket buyers at check in, so we will be able to find your order by email or name of the ticket buyer.

Can I upgrade my ticket at the door

Accepted Answer

Yes, ticket upgrades can be purchased at the door, depending on availability.
