Bringing Baby Home WorkshopGet your relationship ready for having a baby!In the BBH workshop, you and your partner will learn how to:<ul><li>Strengthen your friendship</li><li>Increase intimacy and affection</li><li>Work through conflict with greater ease</li><li>Maintain relationship satisfaction</li><li>Reduce hostility</li><li>Create positive parent-child interactions</li><li>Ensure quality involvement for both parents</li><li>Reduce the incidence or severity of perinatal mood disorders</li></ul>Not only will this program teach you what to expect during the transition to parenthood, it will also help you do things like:<ul><li>Better understand child development</li><li>Create co-parenting strategies with your partner</li><li>Improve the way you and your partner communicate, connect, and compromise</li><li>Recognize signs of perinatal mood disorders and gain awareness of treatment options</li></ul>The workshop will take place over 3 days.Saturday, March 29am-12pmSaturday, March 99am-12pmSaturday, March 169am-12pm Access Instructions:Participants will meet via Zoom and will be sent a link separately upon registration.Other Details:Please note this workshop is nonrefundable. However, should you register and experience medical or other serious circumstances that cause the workshop to no longer be applicable to you, please reach out to discuss further.Please note that in addition to the cost of the workshop, participants will be asked to purchase the online materials from the Gottman Institute for $49/couple.
