We're absolutely delighted to announce that the renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course returns to Flow this spring!


What's really thrilling is that Flow will be the only place in the DMV offering MBSR in person. While online sessions were necessary during the pandemic, we truly believe in the unique benefits of experiencing MBSR together, face-to-face!

What to Expect: Discover transformation through MBSR, using meditation, mindful yoga, and inquiry to unravel stress-inducing habits of the mind. Each session offers an experiential journey, fostering a supportive learning and practice environment. Outside of the sessions, practice is supported by guided meditations, and participants practice 30-45 minutes of daily formal meditation and various informal exercises.
