Jon Kabat-Zinn's classic 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course, taught online by a Certified MBSR teacher, Katherine Crum, Ph.D.

The instructor, Katherine Crum, was trained at UMass Medical School's Center for Mindfulness and certified by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University. She is an experienced and enthusiastic Iyengar yoga student, as well as a longtime student of zen. She is also a practicing Episcopalian.
