JOIN US on August 17th and have a delightful time while getting in some great exercise for the cause!
Walking to Give – Pass the Baton Fundraiser, is a relaxed walk (1-5 Miles) around the large lagoon at Brown Deer Park. This annual event brings together a community that believes in our mission: relieving stress to cancer patients who are in active treatment to help them financially with sustainable living needs.
As we walk around the lagoon, we pass the baton as a symbol in memory and in honor of those who have fought the good fight or is currently on the journey of healing. Then afterwards, we have an enjoyable time in the Boathouse Pavilion where the silent auction and raffle drawings are held. In addition, light refreshments will be provided.
