Get ready for an exquisite afternoon at the Southwest Alabama Labor Council's annual event: The Ladies of Labor Champagne Brunch! Returning for its seventh year, this gathering promises a blend of elegance, solidarity, and philanthropy.

Join us on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the esteemed Ruth's Chris Steak House (2085 Airport Blvd.,36606). Indulge in delectable cuisine and fine bubbles provided by Rush Wines while we come together to celebrate the remarkable contributions of women to organized labor in our community.

From female union members to spouses/significant others of union members and anyone keen on recognizing women's achievements, all are welcome to join in the festivities. Ticket prices are set at $50 per person, with registration open until April 28, 2024. Given limited space, early ticket purchases are encouraged, and attendees must be 21 or older. Dress code is dressy casual, allowing attendees to express their personal style while enjoying the occasion.

Your participation will not only make for a memorable afternoon but will also contribute to meaningful causes. Proceeds from the event will benefit the United Way of Southwest Alabama and the #SWALC Community Services Fund, both dedicated to improving our community and supporting working individuals and families across Southwest Alabama. Since 2017, we've collectively donated $12,730 to these important initiatives.
